About The Artist
I enjoy painting portraits, figures, cityscapes and still life in oils. I see art as the most emotionally powerful and compelling way to express our humanity and I believe in leveraging the arts for social activism. I also am inspired by the Whitney Museum quote, "there are artists among us", to recognize the presence of artists in our everyday life, who may not be recognized, but who have something of worth to express.
